Citric salad of roasted loin, avocado and almonds
- 200 g Sliced roasted loin HM Caneira, cut into thin strips;
- a handful spinach leaves;
- ½ orange, cut into segments;
- ½ grapefruit, cut into segments;
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives;
- 2 tablespoons slivered toasted almonds;
- olive oil;
- lemon or lime juice (optional);
- black pepper;
- fleur de sel.
Place the spinach leaves in a salad bowl and spread the loin strips.
Add the orange and grapefruit segments, chives and almonds. Season with olive oil, lemon or lime juice, if using, black pepper and fleur de sel. Stir and serve immediately.
