Herb cream cheese and suckling pig sandwich
- 40 g shredded Roasted suckling pig HM Caneira;
- 2 slices whole wheat bread loaf;
- 3 tablespoons herb cream cheese (Philadelphia type);
- 1 tablespoon plain skimmed yogurt;
- white pepper.
On one slice of the bread, spread the cream cheese and cover with the shredded suckling pig. Spread the yogurt and season with pepper. Top with the other half of the bread. Serve immediately.
