Roast loin and goat cheese sandwich
- 1 slice Sliced roasted loin HM Caneira, cut in half into thinner slices;
- 1 whole wheat bread, cut in half;
- 1/2 boiled egg, cut in slices;
- 1 slice hard goat cheese;
- 1 lettuce leaf, cut in pieces;
- 2 tomato slices.
On the bottom half of the bread, spread the lettuce and tomato. Cover with the roasted loin slices, cheese and egg. Top with the other half of the bread. Serve immediately.
