Roasted loin and aubergine sandwich
- 40 g shredded Roasted suckling pig HM Caneira;
- 1 long rustic bread, cut in half;
- 3 tablespoons ricotta cream;
- 1 long slice of grilled aubergine;
- 3 Mozzarella cheese slices;
- black pepper.
Spread the ricotta paste on the bottom half of the bread. Cover with the shredded suckling pig and Mozzarella slices. Season with pepper.
