Roasted loin and Mozzarella sandwich

For 1

 

- 1 slice Sliced roasted loin HM Caneira;

- 1 round bread cut in half;

- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (Philadelphia type);

- watercress leaves;

-  grated carrot;

- 1 slice Mozzarella cheese;

- Balsamic vinegar cream.

 

How to

Cut the bread in half and spread the filling on the bottom half. Place a slice of roasted loin and cover with the watercress, grated carrot and Mozzarella. Drizzle with

Balsamic vinegar and cover with the other half of the bread.
