Roasted loin and cottage cheese sandwich
- 1 slice Sliced roasted loin HM Caneira, cut in half into thinner slices;
- 2 slices seeds and whole wheat loaf of bread;
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese;
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot;
- 3 cucumber slices;
- 1 lettuce leaf, cut in small pieces.
Spread the ricotta paste on the bottom half of the bread and cover with the slices of roasted loin. Add the grated carrot, cucumber slices and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bread. Serve immediately.
