- 1 small baguette, cut in half;

- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (Philadelphia type);

- rocket;

- mustard.

 

How to

Spread the cream cheese on the bottom half of the bread and cover with the rocket leaves. Place the roasted loin and finish with mustard.
