Suckling pig aromatic salad

For 2

- 200 g Shredded Roasted Suckling Pig HM Caneira;

- 15 cherry tomatoes cut in half;

- 1 small avocado, diced;

- ½ ripe mango, diced;

- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander;

- lime or lemon juice (optional).

 

How to

In a salad bowl, mix the cherry tomato, the avocado and mango. Add the shredded suckling pig and chopped coriander. Season with the lime or lemon juice, if using, and mix. Serve immediately.
