Suckling pig baguette

For 2

- 120 g of Shredded Suckling Pig HM Caneira;
- 2 tablespoons Sauce of Suckling pig à Moda of Negrais;

- 4 small gherkins, chopped;

- 1 baguette, about 50 cm length;

- 1 tablespoon sauce Teriyaki;

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;

- 6 tomato slices.

 

How to

In a bowl, mix the shredded suckling pig, gherkins and the 3 sauces. Cut the bread in half and spread the filling. Cover with the tomato slices. Cut the baguette in half.
