Broccoli purée with pork fillet and orange
1 package roasted suckling pig fillet
3 broccoli heads
1 teaspoon butter
1 orange, sliced
Salt and pepper
Boil the broccoli in water with salt, till they are cooked but still firm. Drain and purée with a food processor. Transfer the purée to a small pan and stir in the butter. Season with pepper. In a plate, place the slices of pork fillet, the orange slices and the purée.
