Pork loin with cherries
- 100 g Shredded roasted suckling pig HM Caneira;
- 3 slices seed loaf, lightly toasted;
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (Philadelphia type);
- 2 slices tomato;
- 2 small gherkins;
- 1 thin fresh cucumber strip, cut in half;
- 1 boiled egg, sliced.
Spread the cream cheese on two of the bread slices and cover with the shredded suckling pig. Cover with the tomato slices and the gherkins. In the third slice, place the fresh cucumber and the egg slices. Top the two slices with the third and secure with a cocktail stick. Garnish with an egg slice.
