Rôti with roasted potatoes and broccoli

1 suckling pig rôti, sliced
4 medium potatoes
1 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves
2 laurel leaves
2,5 dl olive oil
2,5 dl white wine
2 heads of broccoli
Salt and parsley

How to
Roasted Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them in cubes and spread in a pan. Stir in the sliced onion, the garlic cloves and the laurel leaves. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with a little wine now and then.
Roast in the oven until the potatoes become golden.
In a pan, cook the broccoli in boiling water with salt.
When the potatoes and the broccoli are ready, serve with the rôti slices. Garnish with the parsley.
